Refund policy
Pay Brief currently publishes open editorial pages without checkout on this domain. This policy applies if and when a paid editorial product is sold under the Pay Brief name.
Window
Requests for a refund may be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date, unless a longer mandatory period applies under Brazilian consumer law.
How to request
Send an email to [email protected] with subject “Refund”, including:
- Order or transaction reference from the payment processor;
- Email used at purchase;
- Product name and purchase date;
- A brief reason (optional for eligibility within the window).
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days of a complete request. The date funds appear depends on the payment provider and the issuing bank. Pay Brief does not control card-network clearing times.
Limits
- Refunds apply to purchases made through authorized channels identified by Pay Brief.
- Duplicate chargebacks for the same order may delay resolution; contacting support first is preferred.
- Free pages and open notes on this site have no purchase price and therefore no refund.
Legal rights preserved
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code or other non-waivable rules. Where a statutory cooling-off or defect remedy is broader, that rule prevails.
